Checkmate Chess Mentorship Program
Kingsessing Library
All youth aged 10-19 are encouraged to sign up for this fun and uplifting 9-week summer program! The Checkmate Chess Club, facilitated by MBK Cares, will encourage teens to build their emotional resilience while learning the game of chess. All attendees will receive professional chess instruction along with mentorship sessions that promote mental health awareness, conflict resolution, leadership training and more. The program will also provide complimentary meals during each session, along with exciting giveaways and incentives for all participants!

Advanced registration is REQUIRED to participate in the Checkmate Chess Mentorship Program, and a limited number of spots are available.
