Join us on the last Monday of each month this summer for the One Crazy Summer book club and spend the summer back in time with the Gaither sisters! Each month we'll focus on one of the three books in this award-winning series by Rita Williams-Garcia, which follows Delphine, Vonetta, and Fern as they navigate the social changes that occur in America in the late 1960s. The sisters grapple with new experiences, new perspectives, and tough family conflict across backdrops in Oakland, Brooklyn, and Alabama, all while oldest sister Delphine tries to keep her family together. Visit the Cobbs Creek library to pick up a copy of the books. Free snacks will be provided !  No pre-registration is required. This is an event for children ages 9-12.
