Nos complace presentar, Encontrar Nuestra Voz: V Taller de Creación Poética, un evento que se llevará a cabo en el marco del XIX Festival Internacional de Poesía (FIP) Palabra en el Mundo, celebrando este año su XI edición en Filadelfia.
El objetivo de este taller es explorar una manera fácil y sencilla de escribir poesía. Las escritoras que dirigirán este taller, Norma Corrales-Martin y Yesenia Escobar Espitia, nos llevarán en una expedición literaria a descubrir y producir lenguaje poético. Los autores locales de este taller podrán participar en el evento que se realizará en PhillyCAM, en persona, durante la sección del “micrófono abierto'', el próximo miércoles 23 de abril a las 6:00 p.m.

Finding Our Voice: V Poetic Creation Workshop (Virtual room)
Wednesday, April 9, 2025, from 6-8 p.m.
We are pleased to present the Finding Our Voice: V Poetry Workshop, an event carried out as part of the XIX International Poetry Festival Palabra en el Mundo, celebrating its XI edition this year in Philadelphia.
The goal of this workshop is to explore an easy and simple way to write poetry. The writers who will facilitate this workshop, Norma Corrales-Martin and Yesenia Escobar Espitia, will take us on a literary journey to discover and produce poetic language. The local authors that participate in this virtual workshop are invited to the main event in person at PhillyCAM, to read their poems during the “open mic” section on Wednesday, April 23 at 6:00 p.m.
