Curious about project management but not sure where to start?

This 2-part foundational workshop series is designed to help professionals explore project management as a career path—without the overwhelm.

Led by Giana Lawrence-Primus, Founder of Project Manager Lab, this interactive series offers a practical introduction to the project management field—designed to help you understand what project managers do, how your own experience might align, and how to begin thinking strategically about a career pivot.

Whether you're curious about changing careers or simply exploring what project management is all about, you'll walk away with greater clarity, real-world insight, and a sense of whether PM might be the right path for you.

In this series, you'll:

  1. Learn what project management is (and isn't)
  2. Understand the role and responsibilities of a project manager
  3. Discover how your existing skills may already align
  4. Begin mapping your own journey into project management

This is not a certification course—it's a practical and thought-provoking introduction for anyone exploring what's next in their professional journey.

No prior experience in project management is needed.
