A Strategic Plan and Partnership to Propel the Free Library Foundation Forward

After an incredibly competitive Request for Proposal process involving 17 proposals, four rounds, and four finalists, we are pleased to announce that we have selected The ROZ Group to partner with us in this significant endeavor. As noted by Quincy Alegría Gambrell, Senior Director of Strategy and Impact for the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation, "Their proposal stood out for its strong and deep knowledge of Philadelphia, strong community engagement approach, and deep understanding of the Library's mission and values."

As a strategic planning firm, The ROZ Group is "especially adept at taking complex subjects and making them accessible to a broad public." Their work revolves around the development of business plans, fundraising support plans, feasibility studies, and interpretive plans for cultural centers and museums. The company takes great pride in its collaborative team of talented, diverse associates with over 30 years of combined experience. Rosalyn McPherson, President and Founder, launched the firm in 2005 after a distinguished career in publishing and museum administration.
