The Free Library's grand Beaux-Arts building on the Parkway is the perfect location for your next special event or business meeting. Every day this historic building serves as a wondrous place for ambitious minds to explore, and it is an equally wondrous place to gather or celebrate. Flexible spaces throughout the building offer many options for businesses and organizations, and the spectacular city skyline view provides a stunning backdrop for weddings and special occassions. We can accommodate your needs with unique event spaces, A/V services, and delicious food provided by our exclusive caterer, Brûlée Catering.

Explore our beautiful event spaces, incluidng the historic Main Lobby, indoor Skyline Room and outdoor Terrace, 378-seat Montgomery Auditorium (home of our award-winning Author Event Series!), and commerical-grade kitchen in our Culinary Literacy Center.

Parkway Central Library is a city-owned building and an active public space. Its capacity, wall displays, floor space, exterior surfaces, and exhibitions are subject to change. Brûlée Catering and the Free Library will work with hosts to jointly accommodate the host’s event and Library programming. Hosts must adhere to certain rules and regulations, as governed by the City’s ownership of the Parkway Central Library building.
