Calling All of Philly’s Technology Enthusiasts!
Where will you be during the week of April 4-12, 2014? If you are interested in technology and community, Technically Philly’s brainchild, Philly Tech Week (PTW), has 135 events scheduled for you. With 2013’s huge turnout of 20,000 attendees for 105 events, PTW2014 returns for its fourth and best installment yet. The meet-up brings together Philadelphia’s most engaged technological audience.
To start off the week, the Oval on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway returns with games, food, a beer garden, live performances, the Free Library’s Techmobile and a monster game of Tetris on the Cira Centre (pre-registration is required here.) Come play the Guinness-certified world’s tallest video game!
The Free Library of Philadelphia doubles as one of PTW2014’s sponsors and hosts. The Parkway Central Library will be hosting three events and you can register by clicking on the accompanying links. There will be:
- A Round Table Discussion on Monday, April 7, 12:00-2:00 p.m., on the “Economic Impact of the Technology Sector”. Registration for this event is required. #PTW14
