Donna Tartt's highly acclaimed novel The Goldfinch took the #1 spot for November 2013. Overall, romance ruled this past month, taking 5 out of the top 10 spots. The hunger for everything vampire-related is still strong with readers as well with After Dead, the posthumous book in the Sookie Stackhouse series (the inspiration for the television show True Blood), making an appearance in this month's top 10 list.
