Check out an E-reader from the Free Library!

Interested to know what all the fuss is about e-readers without dropping your hard-earned cash on a device you may or may not like? Look no further than the Free Library of Philadelphia: You can check out a Barnes and Noble Nook e-reader from us--for free! Anyone with a Free Library card and a photo I.D. is welcome to check out a Nook that comes pre-loaded with a variety of books to enjoy, from New York Times bestsellers to beloved classics and more. Nooks are available for check-out at the following Free Library locations:
