Going to the library changed my life, so I'm wondering what happened to the 23rd & Cecil B. Moore branch. They were supposed to get renovations to the building and updates to their programs. For a low income depressed area like that a library would be vital. Are it's plans back on schedule to help this neighborhood improve and move forward.
