Logan Library invites adults and caregivers to an outdoor Resource Fair on Friday, September 24 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., featuring over ten organizations that support Philadelphians in the areas of health and wellness, family services, and support for returning citizens.

People Advancing Reintegration Recycle Works, a nonprofit electronics recycler that provides transitional employment to returning citizens, will be accepting small quantities of e-waste and providing information on their unique program.

Logan Library’s weekly vaccination clinic will also be operating indoors during the fair, as well as a pop-up PHL City ID site. More information on the varied types of documentation accepted for City ID can be found on the City's website. This ID is free for adults 65 and older and offered at a low cost to city residents age 13-64.

Literacy Rich Neighborhoods, a new citywide project with multiple institutional partners, will be on hand to gather input on an exciting community-led design initiative in Logan. "We are thrilled that Logan is one of four neighborhoods that will be part of this collaborative project to create unique spaces for caregivers and their children to foster and promote literacy development," says Paige Niezelski, leader of the Logan Literacy Rich Neighborhood Project and Program Coordinator at the Indochinese-American Council.

If that isn’t enough to entice you, we will have free books, masks from Sew Face Masks Philly, and entertainment from community member DJ Rell!
