Free Library and Brûlée Catering Host Rooftop Beer Garden at the Parkway Central Library
PHILADELPHIA, September 10, 2019—The Free Library of Philadelphia’s Parkway Central Library, in collaboration with Brûlée Catering, will host Brews & Views, a fall beer garden series held on the Parkway Central Library’s rooftop terrace. Attendees can enjoy drinks and take in spectacular views of the city on September 17 through 19 and October 22 through 24. Each beer garden will be open from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Attendees will also have a last opportunity to see the library’s exhibition At These Crossroads in the West Gallery on view until 9:00 p.m. every evening. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the Reimagined Parkway Central spaces, including The Robert and Eileen Kennedy Heim Center for Cultural and Civic Engagement and the new Business Resource and Innovation Center.
The beer garden is free to enter and no advance registration is required. All are welcome; guests must be 21 and up to purchase and consume alcohol. Local craft beers, wine, and refreshing cocktails will be available for purchase, along with a menu of made-to-order snacks from Brûlée’s chefs, including seasonal favorites.
